"After moving into my new home I was faced with the challenge of decorating it. Hand painted murals enabled me to exercise an unlimited use of imagination and creativty. Being able to decorate in such a personally unique way, using images of my own or ones that I adore, is a wonderful opportunity. The result being rooms that are warm and inviting, inspiring feelings of awe!"

Connecticut resident and artist Karen Marinelli studied tromp l'oeil and illustration at Paier College of Art, CT. 1983-1987. From there she focused on portraiture and murals.
